Why should I hire Site Flyt?

Site Flyt will take the time to understand and satisfy your requirements by providing a superior result.

Marketing and Environment:

We won't simply provide you the images and/or video post-flight and walk away. Once the flight is over we put in the time to post-process the stills and video to ensure your site is captured in its best light and truly differentiates you from your competition and delivers your message to your consumer.

Industry:

We'll safely fly your site, capture and process your data and provide the analytics you need to assess and monitor your project site progress.

We are interested in forming mutually beneficial and long lasting relationships where both parties succeed.

What are your fees?

Every project we are hired for has different requirements (i.e. location, imaging, use case) and thus each project is  quoted individually.  Please use the contact form to get in touch so we can discuss your needs, our solutions and come up with a mutually beneficial proposal.

Are your drones insured?

Site Flyt offers up to $10 mill of drone liability insurance through www.verifly.com

A sample policy may be viewed at http://verifly.com/sample

What are the laws for drone use?

Our pilots are certified remote pilots by the FAA which means that we are held to a higher standard than a hobbyist and have proven our knowledge and training to conduct safe and compliant flights for commercial purposes.  Below are the basic rules from the FAA:

-> Unmanned aircraft must weigh less than 55 pounds, including payload, at takeoff

-> Fly in Class G airspace

-> Keep the unmanned aircraft within visual line-of-sight

-> Fly at or below 400 feet

-> Fly during daylight or civil twilight

-> Fly at or under 100 mph

-> Yield right of way to manned aircraft

-> Do not fly directly over people

-> Do not fly from a moving vehicle, unless in a sparsely populated area

In addition to the FAA each city may or may not have their own ordinance or regulations related to drone use.

As we review your flight requirements we'll ensure that we are in FAA and city compliance before arriving on site.

What is the quality of the still and video images?

Our drone fleet includes the DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Inspire 2 with X5S camera. Each offers it's own benefits and camera capabilities.  The Mavic and Inspire can shoot 12 and 20 megapixel images respectively, with both capable of up to 4K video resolution (more than sufficient for most applications).

For detailed specs on the capability of these cameras please see:

DJI Mavic Pro 2: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2

DJI Inspire 2 X5S: https://www.dji.com/zenmuse-x5s/info

We aim to provide the highest resolution possible to our clients.

Okay, I’m interested what's the next step?

Please contact us and we'll gather and discuss your requirements. A proposal will be created and once agreed we'll schedule your flight. On the day of your flight your presence is optional. Site Flyt will complete the capture of your site imaging and proceed with post-processing. The agreed upon deliverables will be provided shortly there after.
